Steps to reproduce

All available GRM1 mRNA data as of March 2022 were downloaded from cBioPortal (www.cbioportal.org/), and raw sequencing data from TCGA were imported (https://cancergenome.nih.gov/). Patient samples covered 10,967 across 32 tumor types.
