Western blot of DLGAP proteins in 40 micrograms of proteins from fetal brain cortex tissues. The band at ~ 90 kDa corresponds to the protein product of DLGAP1-206 transcript based on molecular weight, while the band at ~ 110 KDa corresponds to the proteins translated from DLGAP1-201, DLGAP3, and DLGAP4 transcripts, and the band at ~120 kDa matches with DLGAP2 protein.
