Description

This dataset contains Python simulation source code and raw simulation output data for the aqueous‑dispersed micro‑nano swarm distributed fault‑tolerant computing architecture. The code implements distributed swarm unit dynamic separation, merging, fault‑tolerance logic and 1‑D projection‑based greedy grouping algorithm. Includes runnable scripts, parameter configuration files and raw output records from simulation experiments. Users can reproduce the simulation results described in the corresponding SSRN preprint paper.

Steps to reproduce

Requirements: Python 3.10+, numpy >=1.21, matplotlib >=3.5. Install dependencies: pip install ‑r requirements.txt . Main entry scripts:  run_demo.py  — main simulation demo.  run_multienv.py  — multi‑environment experiment for Table 1.  run_fluid_comparison.py  — four bio‑fluid comparison Table 2.  run_3d.py  — 3‑D human‑body simulation Table 5.  run_complex_tasks.py  — ISA, DAG scheduler and CRISPR‑like protein‑editing simulation Table 6‑7.  run_hdr_sensitivity.py  — HDR‑efficiency sweep Table 8. Full detailed usage guide is included within the archive as  README.md . Output results will be saved under  outputs_paper/  folder.
