Description

This dataset contains anonymized data collected from 404 elderly participants aged 60 years and above, as part of a cross-sectional study conducted in Sarab, Iran. The data were gathered through structured interviews using two validated questionnaires: the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire and the Multidimensional Successful Aging Scale. Demographic variables (such as age, gender, marital status, education, income, and presence of chronic illness) are also included. The dataset was used to explore the relationship between happiness and successful aging in older adults. All personal identifiers were removed to ensure confidentiality and ethical compliance.
