Description

Physiological and behavioral data related to the work entitled 'Excitatory/inhibitory motor balance reflects individual differences during joint action coordination'. Please refer to the manuscript/paper for any additional information. 'Physiology data (raw)' contains .cfs files (ignore .sgrx files) corresponding to each subject's experimental session. Each file is composed of 8 channels: 1) EMG data of the confederate; 2) EMG data of the participant; 3) digital signal of the capacitive sensor equipped to the bottle; 4) digital data of the pressure sensor equipped to the bottle; 5) X-axis accelerometer values; 6) Y-axis accelerometer values; 7) Z-axis accelerometer values; 8) digital signal of the TTL which triggers the TMS pulse. 'Behavioral data (raw)' is a single .txt file containing all the subject's behavioral data. It comprises 8 columns: 1) subject number; 2) trial number; 3) block number; 4) marker for the condition 'Knowledge vs. no_Knowledge' [1=K; 2=no_K]; 5) value (ms) of confederate's movement time; 6) value (ms) of confederate's reaction time; 7) marker for the condition 'TMS timing' [-200=baseline; 0=go; 200=EMG; 400=touch]; 8) marker for the condition 'JA vs. no_JA' [88=JA;104=no_JA].
