Description

About: holds information about all zip codes within the geographic region of the participating hospital, the nearest EPA air quality monitoring station to that zip code centroid, and the distance from the monitor to the centroid.

Steps to reproduce

Information about the air quality monitors was obtained from the US EPA DataMart (publicly available), information about viable zip codes was obtained from the US Postal Service (publicly available) and distance to the nearest centroid was calculated in Python. This table is intended to be linked with patient data in order to determine exposures; this table is not intended to be used on its own.
