Description

This package implements the hierarchical Bayesian model of postglacial sea-level changes subject to both temporal and altitudinal uncertainties in the Matlab environment. In this model, the trend and rate of postglacial sea-level changes are inferred from the noisy and sparse proxy record in terms of indext points within a hierarchical Bayesian framework.
