The data set contains data collected from cassava local landraces on cassava brown streak disease (CBSD) symptoms and root traits. Specifically it contains data on CBSD leaf symptoms at 3, 6, 9 MAP, root necrosis severity, root necrosis incidence, amount of usable roots, root weight (t/ha). number of roots per plant, and dry matter content. The data was collected from plants from each landrace in each replicate. The means for each replicate were calculated, which were then used to carry out ANOVA and correlation analysis.
