Description

The cells that reached Outlet port 1 and Outlet port 2 were counted in 10 seconds increments using the video recording function. The average separation rate per 10 sec is included in the output; cell count at Outlet port 1 divided by total cell count collected from Outlet port 1 and Outlet port 2.
