Description

Various collar heights exist, ranging from low-cut styles that maximize ankle mobility to high-tops that prioritize support. Elucidating the relationship between shoe collar height and movement patterns and plantar pressure can help develop additional tool for crafting personalized gait retraining and balance improvement programs. The objective of the study is to find out the impact of cut height of footwear on lower extremity coordination and foot pressure distribution among young adults.
