Description

Laser-induced defects in LiNbO3stoich and positive domain after the first etching in the crystal LiNbO3:Cu(0.57):Gd(0.07 wt %) were counted manually in a program Gimp 2.7. A distance from the defect or a domain to the center of laser beam or a laser crater was detected in relative units. Obtained results were treated in Microsoft Excel.

Related links contain a picture of LiNbO3(Cu 0.57) (Gd 0.07 wt%) single crystal surface irradiated by 266 nm pulse laser with positive domaines that tower above negative domain after the first etching of the crystal and a picture of laser-induced defects that appeared in stoichiometric LiNbO3 crystal under 532 nm laser. The data in this set were obtained directly from these pictures.
