Processed data from an article entitled "Root cause analysis of corrosion stiction by brake pads on the grey iron disc". Tabular data showed the correlation between stiction force and the parameters indicating surface morphology and material properties of brake pad and electrochemical properties of corroded interface. Stiction force was higher when the cohesive strength of the brake pad was lower because of increased contact area on grey iron disc. Moreover, electrochemical analysis of the corroded interface supported the contact area dependency of the stiction force.
