Description

These data show the vivid pore cluster merging processes by gif images, in which merging clusters into the main pore cluster is displayed. In the first folder, the influence of root cluster number on the connections is analyzed. The 2D image is a slice randomly extracted from a 3D micro-CT image of a carbonate sample, Estaillades. Three different roots number are selected and studied, i.e., root 0.3, 0.5 and 0.8. For the second folder, seven real rock samples are used to predict permeability directly from 2D images. Similarly, the gif images are provided to show the clusters merging processes.
