Description

These data show the cluster merging processes by gif images in which merging clusters into the main network is displayed. For the first folder, the influence of seeds number on the connections is analyzed. The 2D image is a slice randomly extracted from a 3D micro-CT image of a carbonate sample, Estaillades. Three different seeds number are selected and studied, i.e., seed 0.3, 0.5 and 0.8. For the second folder, seven samples are used to predict permeability directly from 2D images. Similarly, the gif images are provided to show the clusters merging processes.
