Steps to reproduce
A Bruker MultiMode 8 microscope was used for all AFM measurements. Initial AFM measurements of δ-Pu:Ga7at.% were performed in tapping mode using an RTESPA-300 probe. For nanomechanical mapping, PeakForce™ QNM™modality (developed by Bruker, Billerica, MA) was applied using an an RTESPA-525 and an AD-150-NM probe.
