Description

The effectiveness of supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) plant extract was well reported so this method of extraction could help preserve bioactive compounds of Allium sativum and used as biostimulant. The nanoscale drug delivery system adopt liposomes composed of plant-derived lipids that has good efficiency of penetration and translocation. SC-CO2 garlic extract encapsulated in nanoscale liposomes (named ‘garlic-lipo’) were sprayed on Triticum aestivum leaves and samples were collected after the treatment at 15 min, 24 and 48 hours

Steps to reproduce

RNA-seq datasets were constructed using Illumina NextSeq 550 Sequencing System and the 80 bases long single-end sequence raw reads were deposited in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive. De novo assembly of transcripts was performed using Omicsbox and deposited in the NCBI Transcriptome Shotgun Assembly (BioProject PRJNA808851). Functional annotation, Gene Ontology (GO), Differentiated gene expression (DEG) and Time course expression analysis were accomplished to compare gene expression in the three time.
