Description

Data for each of the HIV Capsid in cylinder style coarse grain model are presented for Figure 1 3H47.pdb(3H47_2PointCylinder.dat) 3j34.pdb(3J34_2PointCylinder.dat) 3P05.pdb(3P05_2PointCylinder.dat) The complete system evolution raw data for Figure 3 is in files from sys_bc00001.dat to sys_bc000009.dat, in the style of 4 points per subunit. The raw data for Figure 5 to 6 are in alignCTD/NTD_3J34MonomerVs2M8L.dat. The raw data for hexamer and trimmers presented in Fig. 7 is in: Number of trimer_3J34 and Number of Hexamer_3J34.dat
