Below is a detailed description of each column: 1. Current Working Platform?: The current working setup of the employee (e.g., office, home, hybrid). 2. Working hrs/week: The number of hours the employee works per week. 3. Effective working hours: The number of hours the employee considers productive each week. 4. Completed projects: The number of projects the employee has completed. 5. Experience: The level of experience of the employee (e.g., Beginner, Intermediate, Expert). 6. QA: Indicates if the employee is involved in Quality Assurance (Yes/No). 7. DevOps: Indicates if the employee is involved in DevOps (Yes/No). 8. PM: Indicates if the employee is involved in Project Management (Yes/No). 9. Problem-solving: Indicates if the employee is involved in problem-solving tasks (Yes/No). 10. Security technical: Indicates if the employee is involved in technical security tasks (Yes/No). 11. Version control: Indicates if the employee uses version control systems (Yes/No). 12. UI/UX design: Indicates if the employee is involved in UI/UX design (Yes/No). 13. Prefer working in team or solo: The employee’s preference for working in a team or solo (e.g., team, solo, both, based on task). 14. Does your team provide you support at work whenever needed?: Indicates the level of support the employee receives from their team (e.g., always, sometimes, never). 15. Provide resources and tools: Indicates how often resources and tools are provided to the employee (e.g., always, never). 16. Clear work objectives: The frequency of receiving clear work objectives (e.g., daily, weekly, projectwise). 17. Constructive feedback: The frequency of receiving constructive feedback (e.g., always, sometimes, only during evaluation). 18. Training in hybrid work: Indicates if the employee has received training for hybrid work (Yes/No). 19. Preferred working platform: The employee's preferred working platform (e.g., office, home, hybrid, online platform).
