This data is used to validate Digital Organizational Culture Scale. The final and validated scale consists of 24 items. The Digital organizational Culture has 4 dimensions; Sensitive (SV-5 items), Competitive (CV-5 items), United (UT-5 items), and Dynamic (DN-9 items). The scale was also tested for nomological validity using external variabel New Product Development Project Effectiveness and Change Leadership.


Steps to reproduce

Develop scale for Digital Organizational Culture. 2 stages of study, Purification stage and Finalization Stage Respondents are C-level or at least direct subordinate of C-level of large manufacturing companies (>100 employees) in Indonesia. The questionnaire was distributed using quasi snowball method. The responses comes from 12 provinces in Indonesia, and the products they make fall into 28 categories.
