Description

DNA of 96 individuals are sampled as describe: from the Marota genetic group (n = 86) 42 (locally adapted), belonging to two herds, (n = 76) Conservation Nucleus of Goats 43 (Embrapa), and (n = 10) in Elesbão Veloso-PI. The other individuals of the 45 Anglo-nubian breed (n = 10) are from a herd located in Teresina-PI
