Steps to reproduce
1) Begin with "First_step_createROI.m" to initially generate tumor ROIs to identify regions of hypoxia. 2) Load the respective t2map.mat file for selected mouse. 3) Open "BOLD_Hypoxia_Identification_FINAL.m" to generate maps of air breathing, oxygen breathing, hypoxia subtraction, and potential normoxia maps.
