Description

The data dataset corresponds to the coding of the matrix for recording the variable information. The tables are attached according to the univariate and bivariate analysis of the data.

Steps to reproduce

The dataset is the result of the questions of the questionnaire elaborated in the Google Forms application, it consisted of four sections: section I described the sociodemographic variables; section II evaluated the level of oral hygiene knowledge, section III identified oral care attitudes, and section IV determined oral hygiene practices. Value criteria were established to score the answers by assigning one point to correct answers and 0 points to incorrect answers. The level of knowledge was classified as sufficient for scores ≥ to 6 points and insufficient for scores ≤ to 5 points. Practices were classified as adequate for scores ≥ to 5 points and inadequate for scores ≤ to 4 points. Attitudes were adequate for scores ≥ to 6 points and inadequate for scores ≤ 5 to points.
