Description

This dataset contains anonymized model inputs, public-source risk-proxy calibration data, partner-derived UN Comtrade import-demand segment data, processed optimization results, final table and figure source data, and supplementary code supporting the accompanying manuscript. Original enterprise operational records are excluded because they are commercially confidential. The deposited materials cover the corrected baseline model, routing audit, fixed-service savings decomposition, break-even analysis, the multi-segment joint-budget robust extension, appendix robustness checks, the 2024 out-of-sample test, and the auxiliary GA diagnostic.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download and extract Processed_Data_and_Final_Results.zip and Supplementary_Code.zip. 2. Install the Python dependencies listed in requirements.txt and configure a valid Gurobi 13.0.2 licence. 3. Use Supplementary_Data.xlsx and the public risk-proxy files as the model inputs. 4. Run run_m1_direct_customs_revision.py for the corrected baseline model. 5. Run run_experiment_A_m1_tau1.py, run_experiment_B_m1_tau1.py, run_experiment_C_m1_tau1.py, and run_experiment_E_m1_tau1.py for the reported robustness experiments. 6. Run run_final_oos_ga_reconciliation_m1_tau1.py for the 2024 out-of-sample and auxiliary GA checks. 7. The final table and figure source values are provided in Final_Result_Sources. A valid UN Comtrade subscription key is required only when refetching the public partner-level data; the processed data used in the manuscript are already included.
