Description

These data sets are related to the work "Periodic Location Routing Problem: An Application of Mobile Health Services in Rural Areas" by Savaser and Kara. In both files, each sheet corresponds to the small, medium and large data sets used in this study, respectively. In the "instances" excel, for each instance of all datasets, number of villages with each frequency level, number of doctors to be routed and number of base hospitals to be selected are given explicitly. The first instance of each dataset is derived by the real population level of the villages; whereas the remaining instances are systematically generated to observe the performance of the solution methodologies more explicitly. In the "distances_population" excel, distance between each node is given in kilometers for small, medium and large data sets, besides the real population levels and their corresponding visiting frequencies of the villages.
