Description

We compared the microbiome in bile fluid of choledocholithiasis patients and cholangiocarcinoma patients. Bile samples were collected from choledocholithiasis and cholangiocarcinoma patients. Microbial profiling was performed individually by the sequencing of V3-V4 regions of the 16S rRNA gene. Choledocholithiasis (E3-E28) and cholangiocarinoma (P4-P27) cases.
