Description

In the IV Industrial revolution, advanced technical technologies such as digital transformation, cybersex-physical systems, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and block chain have become tools for regulating all aspects of social life, bringing unprecedented opportunities to human life, but also creating complex challenges. One of the sectors most affected by technological evolution is the “education” sector. Due to the impact of digital transformation, teaching paradigms have changed, and the two-way collaborative learning process has shifted to a learner-centered learning system, and digital literacy, information literacy, critical thinking, problem solving, and creativity have taken on an important role in the learning process of teachers and students. One of the many pressing issues that need to be addressed in implementing the newly approved laws and regulations in connection with the changes and reforms in the education sector of Mongolia is the “methodology of teaching in digital learning”. Universities are shifting to an open learning system in line with their goals and objectives of becoming research universities with international standards, creating a requirement for rapid digital transformation. Nowadays, it is a natural issue for teachers and students to learn digital learning methodologies in the learning process, and improve the quality, accessibility, and productivity of teachers’ teaching methods, training, and research work.
