Description

-The co-immunostaining of NUP98 and H3K27me3 in CD34+ cells treated with DMSO and EPZ6438 (0.5μM). H3K27me3 is stained with Alexa 594 secondary antibody. After EPZ6438 (0.5μM), we can see a significant reduction in the H3K27me3 levels. -FISH imaging of canyon loci in CD34+ cells
