Description

This data describes the characteristics of each anatomical structure (such as the thickness of each cell layer, the arrangement of cells, the shape and size parameters of each cell layer) of grape berries with different berry-plitting characteristics. It was found that the shape of cuticle, the arrangement of cells, and the shape and size of cells may affect the occurrence of berry-cracking.
