Description of this data

Resilience Capacity Index values and its three dimensions of economic; socio-demographic; community-connectivity in the 79 Slovak districts. RCI is studied in relation to urbanity level and the changes in unemployment rate n 2007, 2012 and 2014, documenting vulnerability to global economic shock.
