Steps to reproduce

The study was an MR characterisation of the AAV alpha-synuclein rat model of Parkinson's disease. It included longitudinal MR data acquired at three times: 2 weeks, 10 weeks and 18 weeks post injection. It included also histological evaluations The animals were organised into two groups: the active alpha-synuclein group (ASYN) and a control group (CTRL). The repository contains multimodal magnetic resonance images and histology data. The study was organised into two acquisitions. in the first (Folder: AAV_R2StarStudy), T2w and T2* images were acquired, while in the second (Folder: AAV_fMRIStudy), T2w and Resting state fMRI were acquired. Histology folder contains the staining images and the alpha-synuclein quantifications.
