Description

The four ecological niches containing microbial communities with the gcd and pqqC genes include those that have been inoculated with AM fungi (denoted as AM), those that have not been inoculated with AM fungi (denoted as NM), and those located in the rhizosphere (denoted as R) and those not located in the rhizosphere (denoted as H).

This data involves sending the collected four ecological soil samples to Shanghai Meiji Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. for DNA extraction and subsequent analysis.
