Physiological changes through an insect ear due to age and noise - a longitudinal study

Description

Each file contains the analysed data for each figure along with the code to analyse the dataset to produce the figures in the paper and for statistical analysis. We included raw data for figure 1 and 3 only as the file size for the remaining data is ~80 GB.

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce Figures,5,6, please open analysis script in RStudio and follow instructions. Figure 4 used a custom script that read the raw data files (which are too large to upload here). If you require the raw data and scripts for Figure 4 please get in contact. To reproduce Figure 3 please run Rstudio script in the analysed folder. The raw data for Figures 4,5,6 are too large so please get in contact and we will send the data.
