Description
Simulation MATLAB scripts, simulated behavioural data, and VLBM/MLBM topograhpies. See the methods sections in "Rethinking causality and data complexity in brain lesion-behaviour inference and its implications for lesion-behaviour modelling" (working title) for more information, e.g. what analysis software has been used. All simulations have been done using a publicly available lesion data set, as available in the LESYMAP software (Pustina et al., 2018). See the README files in each subfolder for additional information.
