The dataset is part of a Plant Methods publication detailing the performance of active multispectral imaging when looking at early stage hemibiotrophic pathogen ingress, in this case, light leaf spot (Pyrenopeziza brassicae) in oilseed rape (Brassica napus). It comprises of normalised multispectral and photometric stereo images in RAW format (ENVI compatible). It contains data on both whole plant and detached leaf studies over a 03, 06, 09, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 31 and 26, 28, 31, 34 days after inoculation respectively.
