Description

Optimized Sequence Similarity Networks (SSNs) of the SmPGT family allowing for functional annotation of clusters as validated in the published work. Datasets S1-S4 and S6 can all be visualized using Cytoscape. Dataset S1 is the network file for the E-value 1x 10-61, 100% representative node SmPGT network. Dataset S2 is the Cytoscape session file, with applied coloring, of the E-value 1x 10-61, 100% representative node SmPGT network. Dataset S3 is the network file for the E-value 1x 10-71, 100% representative node SmPGT network. Dataset S4 is the Cytoscape session file, with applied coloring, of the E-value 1x 10-61, 100% representative node SmPGT network. Dataset_5 is the Genome Neighbourhood Network of the E-71 SSN, viewable as diagrams on the EFI-EST server. Dataset_S6 is Genome Neighbourhood Diagrams of the clusters from the E-71 SSN, with the clusters as hub-nodes and neighbouring Pfam families as spoke-nodes
