Data for Value Co-Creation with DART model and Hotel Guests' Perceived Value in Greek Hotel context , Customers Perspective

The data show the Value Co-Creation process based on the four building blocks of the DART model ( Dialogue, Access, Risk Transparency) between hotel guests and hotels in Greece and how the first perceive Price and Product. Price and Product constitute hotel guests' Perceived Value. The survey took place at the Greek airports of Athens and Corfu while holidaymakers were waiting for their return flights.
