Description

The specimen (≈ 1𝑐𝑚3 bubbly ice) from polar ice core ExS5-1 was drilled in 2022 in North Greenland. It was scanned both axial and helical and Different processes were performed on these images to identify a proper scanning resolution and segmentation method. Steps to reproduce

The specimen (≈ 1𝑐𝑚3 bubbly ice) from polar ice core ExS5-1 drilled in 2022 in North Greenland. It was scaned both axial and helical with a micro CT machine in Frozen condition at Alfred Wegner Institute in Bremerhaven Germany.
