Data provides information on the geographical distribution of amber deposits worldwide against knowledge hubs engaged in patenting amber-based products and developments. Patenting data is acquired from the Dimensions database (Digital Science).

Patenting data is acquired from the Dimensions database (Digital Science). Data is uploaded in May 2020. The dataset includes 140 patent records from 1975 to the present.
