Steps to reproduce
1. Preparation of DNA Samples 2. PCR implementation 3. Agarose electrophoresis 4. Record of presence or absence of band(s) 5. Data inducing 5a. For DNA fingerprinting data The bands were scored as presence (1) or absence (0) characters to construct the binary data matrix. 5b. For COI sequence data PCR products were purified using purification Kits. DNA sequencing was performed by Sanger method using ABI 3730 XL sequencer. Sequences alignment and corresponding COI sequence region identification using MEGA 7 software.
