Body Image Dissatisfaction in Men and Sexual Intimacy: The Mediating Role of Partner Support

Description

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the association between body image dissatisfaction (BID) in Indian men and sexual intimacy with partner support. It was hypothesized that there exists a significant relationship between BID, partner support and sexual intimacy. In line with the aim of the study, BID was negatively associated with sexual intimacy and partner support. The findings also suggested that partner support is positively associated with sexual intimacy.
