The study aimed is the Living Experience and Self Care Strategy in Gardener with Heel Pain. The prior studies, which are described above, indicate that lower extremities experience more injuries than higher extremities. Heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, and calcaneal spurs are among the more frequent injuries that develop. Through the study, we hope to learn how much pain gardeners experience in their knees, backs, and other areas. whenever they get heel pain throughout an activity. Is any medication or treatment necessary? what part of the gardener's body hurts. Heel pain in gardener is common. The gardeners face many problems for manage their position for doing work. Heel pain, low back pain and knee pain is very common in the gardeners. According to my study we take total 138 participants out of which 14(10.14%) participants were female 124(89.86%) were male. some participants face problem in their daily activities, some face problems during wake up from bed or taking a rest for few minute. I notice in my study that there is many cases of pain and tingling sensation in the body. In contrast to muscle stiffness, heel pain, knee discomfort, and low back pain are more frequent. Compared to overuse injuries, acute injuries are more frequent and more likely to occur, and they often occur during prolonged and continuous employment. The pain was significant, especially after an hour of prolonged standing. Dealing with heel discomfort, in the opinion of the vast majority of respondents, was uncomfortable. Researchers suggested that gardeners learn more about the ideal positions for them, how to manage their positions with frequent pauses, and the need of wearing the proper footwear for an extended period of time. , we see that out of 138 participants 35.51% of the participants were doing work in continue standing position, 27.54% of the participants were pain in the morning, 61.59% of the participants were respond to the medication for heal heel pain, 80.43% of the participants were no uric acid/gout report, 42.75% of the participants were respond to intense pain, 36.96% of the participants were face the heel pain + mid foot pain. 1.45% of the participants were always consulted with physiotherapist, 0.72% of the participants were always consulted with orthopedic surgeon, 15.22% of the participants need a painkiller, 7.97% of the participants have heavy limb due to continuous standing, 39.86% of the participants have tolerate the pain without any medication. 63.04%, 57.25%, 60.14%, 65.22%, 55.80% of the participants have 0 grade i.e., no pain in the heel, back, knee, sole of foot, both heel and 7.25%, 8.70%, 10.14%, 8.70%, 7.25% of the participants have 10 grades i.e., more pain in heel, back, knee, sole of foot, both heels. The study comprised gardeners of either gender, male or female, and ranged in age from 18 to 75 years. The information was gathered using a questionnaire, which was distributed offline to the participants.
