Clean and reliable installation of heterozygous mutations in human pluripotent stem cells using prime editing
Description
This dataset ecompasses all next generation amplicon sequencing data (raw sequencing files in the form of fastq files) pertaining to each of the prime editing experiements described in our manuscript entitled "Clean and reliable installation of heterozygous mutations in human pluripotent stem cells using prime editing". The data is organised according to gene name. Gene-specific primers used for amplicon sequencing are listed in Table S2 of the manuscript. Sequencing was performed using Illumina MiSeq technology, following the 16S metagenomic Sequencing Library Preparation protocol for amplicon library preparation and sequencing. Sequencing reads can be proceessed by aligning to the GRCh38 reference genome using “bwa mem” tool and reformatted with “samtools” to BAM files. BAM files can be visualised using the Integrative Genomics Viewer software or using the "CrispRVariants” package.

Steps to reproduce
