Steps to reproduce

Select the target nations with a sound rationale for the comparison (e.g., collectivist vs. individualist) and recruit adults aged 18 or over online via social media and the snowball method. After obtaining ethical clearance for the research and consent from participants, have them provide their age, weekly exercise frequency, and gender, following which they should complete the revised Exercise Addiction Inventory (Szabo et al., 2019) and the revised Passion Scale (Marsh, 2013). Ensure that these scales are validated in the language of the sample(s), and if not, conduct a CFA in the respective language. Criteria for participation: exercises at least four times a week, no matter what type of exercise (a better study could look at exercise history and exercise categories, such as individual-team, recreational.competitive as well). Run statistical tests comparing the nations involved, control for gender and age. (MANOVAm Regression, etc.)
