Steps to reproduce
The inoculum was acquired from AD inoculum that had been acclimated with synthetic kitchen waste at 35℃ and 55℃ for 3 months, with 10 g of synthetic kitchen waste added every 10 days. To maintain substrate uniformity and ensure reliable results, synthetic FW was used to mimic actual FW properties (vegetable: meat: rice=20:10:70, wet-basis mass ratio). This synthetic FW was stored at -20°C and thawed at 4°C for 1 day prior to use. Table 1 presents the characteristics of the inoculum and the raw materials.
