Steps to reproduce

Load the file in COMSOL Multiphysics v5.5 or higher. No extra modules are required. In the left hand vertical window, click on "Study (Set up....)" and press Compute (=). Once completed, click on "Study (Time)" and press Compute (=). The damage model will run and reproduce one of the simulations detailed in the paper referenced above. Different cases can be run by changing the values in the "Parameters" section.
