FACTOR_CONSECUENCIA_TESIS_v2.fis: Fuzzy inference system file containing the inference rules and membership functions for the determination of the factor of consequence for power transformers. inidce_riesgo8.fis: Fuzzy inference system file containing the inference rules and membership functions for the determination of the risk index for power transformers. TransformerData.xlsx: Excel file containing the information of the 15 power transformer units necessary for the calculation of the health index, factor of consequence and risk index. This dataset includes the fuzzy inference rules created for two FIS that allow determining the consequence factor of the failure of power transformer and its risk index. These rules should be used as a reference of the article "A Fuzzy Inference-based Approach for Estimating Power Transformers Risk Index".
