Description

Transcriptomic expression profiles of 69 PEComa samples were generated using RNA sequencing, including paired-end (n = 53) and single-end (n = 16) libraries. Gene expression was quantified as log₂-transformed transcripts per million (TPM) values. The data were stored in .rds format and can be loaded into R using the readRDS() function. DNA methylation profiles of 46 PEComa samples were generated using the Illumina EPIC array. Methylation levels were quantified as beta values and pre-processed using the standard ChAMP pipeline. The resulting data were stored in .rds format and can be loaded into R using the readRDS() function. Single-nucleus RNA-seq (snRNA-seq) profiles of 5 PEComa samples were generated using the Singleron GEXSCOPE® platform. Both raw count matrices and corresponding cell metadata were provided. The data are stored in .h5 format and can be loaded into R using the Read10X_h5() function from the Seurat package.
