Data on the Physico-chemical , Nutritional and Organoleptic quality of three species of Sargassum such as S. polycystum, S. tenerrimum and S. cinctum were presented. Figures developed using the data were presented for the organoleptic quality. Data on invitro antimicrobial activity with the zone of inhibition is also contained in it. The photo of the zone of inhibition is presented in the plate.6 of the thesis of my Ph.D., research work
