In this scientific research, during the rule of the Soviet state, along with other republics, in Uzbekistan, as well as in other republics, the children's health care system was raised to the level of demand, including the improvement of the material and technical support of medical care institutions for mothers and children, and the systematic level of providing pediatricians, first of all, obstetricians and gynecologists. setup processes are covered. It was revealed that the scientific research work in the field of pediatrics carried out in the republic until the beginning of the 90s was well established, despite the opening of scientific centers in the field of pediatrics, it was highlighted that these tasks were not able to meet the demand for pediatricians in the republic.
