Description

Code Packages of Manuscript "The Permanganate-Oxalate Reaction as a Visual Time-Temperature Indicator: Reaction Systems for Use Above 0 °C" SI Code Package 1 can be opened and run in Matlab. It can be viewed with any text editor. SI Code Package 2 are Python scripts and can be opened and run in Jupyter Notebooks / JupyterLab and several other editors and integrated development environments. SI Code Package 3: This code package is provided embedded with two macro-enabled Excel files. Within Excel, the VBA editor can be opened using Alt + F11. “Module 1” should then be opened within the Modules folder. Then click in the first line of code in the window to the right and execute the series of subroutines by hitting F5 or the play button in the VBA editor. SI Code Package 4 is a Python script and can be opened and run in Jupyter Notebooks / JupyterLab and several other editors and integrated development environments. SI Code Package 5: These are Matlab scripts that, taking ion activities into account, calculate the speciation of Mn(III) at a user-selected perchloric acid concentration, a user-specified concentration of Mn(III)(C2H3O2)3, and a range of Na2C2O2 concentrations over which it finds a maximum percent composition of either Mn(III)mono-oxalate or Mn(III)bisoxalate.
