These data show measurements of the composition and capabilities of a novel diamond gammavoltaic cell (DGV). A full description of the main data and methods used to acquire them can be found in the main article manuscript. In no less detail, the same information is presented in a supplementary information manuscript, for those data which are presented for supplementary figures here. The data presented in these MS Excel files are colour-coded, and labelled with the figures the data appear in. Data that do not appear in the figures are coded grey, and their uncertainties pale grey. These may be either data that do not have physical meaning, such as the power data in the power-voltage figures which are negative, or may be data presented as stages of a manipulation, such as in the digitisation, smoothing and plotting of the data from Fornalski 2018 (DOI: 10.1088/2399-6528/aab408). Plotted data all have axes and series numbers indicated, but for visual ease are also colour-coded: abscissa data in blue, abscissa uncertainties in pale blue, ordinate data in green, and ordinate uncertainties in pale green. Each figure is also supplied as a TIF files alongside the data, for ease of comparison.
